Nashville Events by Design creates and plans private events. All you need is a dream or a theme… your vision. As special event specialists and wedding planners, we offer you a wealth of knowledge, a venue, in-house inventory and a host of networked professional vendors. As an Event Planner we can guide you through the process so that you can make informed business and event decisions. Our studio is located in the heart of Music Valley, with an inclusive Music Valley Ballroom and Events Wedding Chapel, Cocktail Social Space. Only five minutes to major attractions and shopping in the Opryland area, 15 minutes to downtown Nashville and within walking distance to major hotels. We are the perfect partner for planning social cocktail parties, corporate functions, private events, destination and local weddings, family reunions, business conferences, or any type of special event. The Ceremony Chapel Events “Multi Purpose Flex Room” can accommodate up to 150-170 guests theater style seating for a Ceremony, 100-120 for a social cocktail reception to receive guests prior to the main event, up to 64-80 for a seated dinner with stage. Not available separately on Saturday for small intimate parties.
